There are two ways to rename the file. If you are using the file syncing then you can rename it after finding it in the Creative Cloud Files folder. Or you can rename it using the CC Assets site at https://assets.adobe.com and from the Actions menu choose Rename.

You navigate to the folder containing the file and rename it just as if it were on your local hard drive.
