How do yous stop all file syncing?

I find auto file syncing the most infurating part of CC.

I have 50gb of photos randomly synced and I just want to delete them all.

Is there an easy way to stop all syncing across all CC apps and see the files that are in the cloud?

on each device with a cc desktop app: file>preferences>syncing>pause syncing
