Does anyone have an idea how I can install the Adobe Genuine Service software? The message does not appear on a computer as to whether the software can be installed. Is there any way I can do this manually? On the help pages you will only find the instructions for the uninstallation.

install software from adobe's website.
install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

Is there no way to install the AGS individually? Or that the message appears in CC asking if you want to install it? I don't want to reinstall CC.

I installed CC on two computers. The AGS software has now been installed on one. But not on the second. Would like to have both computers the same :).

CC has been on both computers for some time. AGS has now installed itself on a notebook. But not with the second notebook.

on the problematic computer:
uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
if you have, or had, any pre-cc pirated adobe software, run http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)
if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

I have no problem with CC. I just want the add-on installed. There must be an easier way of doing this, right?

in fact, can you explain exactly what problem you're trying to solve.
