How to create infographics with Adobe?

Hi,  i am new to this community so not sure where to post this question. I have little technical knowledge about adobe products besides acrobat but i am looking for a simple solution to creating professional infographics. Which adobe product is best fit for this purpose?

Well infographics is "a visual representation of information or data, e.g.
as a chart or diagram". Some handy software solution is what i need.
