AAccording to Creative Cloud Desktop, I have used 21gb of my 20gb cloud storage. When I go to Creative Cloud on the web, I can not find any files taking up space. How can i find out what takes up this space? I don't know how I could have used this space.

You are probably looking in the wrong place.

The CC Web and the Lightroom Web system are 2 different places.

Do you use LR mobile on your phone or pad? Do you Upload images from either of those?

If you do every image Uploaded from a phone or pad through LR mobile copies those images, the Full size images, to the LR web system, LR Web , and can use up your storage space.

Since you only have 20GB of space available I suspect that is from the Photographer subscription plan and you are uploadinig from your phone or pad.

If you have a Full App subscription that comers with 1TB of storage space.

Also if you click on the Cloud Icon in the CC DTA you get this dialog box.

Click the link to "Open sync folder". That will open the folder on your hard drive that the CC Web system uses for storage of the files you have uploaded to that system.

If it is empty then it is you uploading images from your phone or pad. If it has files in it either Move them out to some other location on your drive or Delete them. Deleting them will remove then from the Cloud storage system.

You can also click that other link to take you to the CC Web system to show you what is in there. If there is anything in there.

Thanks very much. You are right, the photos are in Lightroom Web and they come from my pixel phone. I don't use Lightroom Web. Can I just delete them there, without affecting the photos on my Pixel? How do I stop this from happening in the future? Many thanks again.

As I only use the mobile version of LR to View images I have placed in collections in LR Classic. And that will stop shortly for me. I'm not sure if you remove, Delete, images from the Web interface if that will make them be deleted on your phone (If they are still stored on your phone and have not been completely uploaded to the web system).

What I suggest is you gpo to the option on the Mobile LR and see if you can turn off the Syncing feature so No more images get uploaded and hopefully the mobile version stops communicating with the web system and then try deleting images in the web interface and see what happens to those same images on your phone (as above IF they are still on your phones memory card).

Thanks for that. I know how much storage I have (none left), but I can not see what takes up the storage. How can I see the files that take up the storage?

Well, when I go to my online assets, I can see my synced files, libraries, cloud documents, etc...  files.  If I delete a few files and then Permanently delete them, that frees up some more cloud space.
