I'm working with jAdobe lightroom. I did allready have lightroom on my mobile but also wanted one on my laptop. But i made the mistake to create a new adobe creative cloud account.
And now i can't connect the two anymore to one account or change the account of the desktop version to the mobile one so they can synchronise with each other.

Question:

- how can i merge two different adobe creative Cloud accounts (made on two different e-mailadresses) to one?

- Or how can i connect the Adobe Cloud account of the mobile version Lightroom to the desktop version of Lightroom?

Pepijn5CBA, I am very sorry, but if you are trying to merge two different accounts and memberships, you will need to work directly with our support team https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.

I would recommend bookmarking and reviewing https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/transfer-assets.html, which provides information on how you can manually transfer any assets from the account that is no longer used.
