How to restore deleted cc library items

Hello,

I mistakenly deleted some elements/files (not the whole library!) from one of my Adobe CC libraries. A prompt message with Undo appeared for 2 seconds. I noticed that button too late. After I went to the link https://assets.adobe.com/deleted to recover my assets. I used to do it before. But my assets were not there.

My question is there a way to restore the files from the library?

Thank you

P.S. iMac | Apple M1 Pro | Ventura 13.6.1

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thank you, Kglad! It is true, it is not easy to navigate. It is the first time I have posted here my question.

if you checked carefully (including the deleted folders), they're probable gone for good, but you can try again in about 1 week in case the problem was on adobe's end.

I deleted the files last Friday, and I have kept checking every day my deleted folder since then. Nothing new :-((( But I still see the very old files that I even remember when I deleted them!

that is strange.  maybe adobe support can check that.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

It seems that our company has a designated administrator to contact Adobe. So I contacted our IT team. Hope they will help. Thank you

Just to let you know the end of the story: we contacted the Adobe Support Team and received the answer: "When an item gets deleted from the library, it doesn't show in the deleted folder and gets deleted immediately, with no move to the archive. Engineering is looking to add archive functionality for future plans to improve this."

Be careful.
