This is getting very irritating. I've tried unsubscribing from receiving Adobe Education Exchange emails multiple times and each time I get the next email. I think I've tried unsubscribing from the button at the footer, I also unchecked Adobe Education Exchange emails as notifications received on my account, all no use!
I would have gladly blocked the email address but when I do that on Gmail, it says mail@mail.adobe.com is blocked which is a problem because I do wish to receive other Adobe emails.
I've seen this issue raised previously by someone else in 2022 on this very same forum and the person got a template answer to unsubscribe from the button at the footer of the email. WE'VE DONE THAT, IT DOESN'T WORK!

I've unchecked Adobe Education Exchange newsletters. And guess what, surprise! Received YET ANOTHER EMAIL again. I'm getting sick of this. My email is being held hostage at this point for useless emails that I don't even want! Can you please, please just help remove my email from the list internally? At this point I'd gladly pay just to stop receiving this! Arghhhh.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thanks, appreciate it! I really hope you can help me remove my email or I'm just gonna have to keep posting my problem until someone finally takes notice. I'm fed up & extremely annoyed at this point.

i can't change your account. if you can't control the emails using adobe settings, designate them as spam with your email service.

Thanks, of course I would have done that if it weren't for the nonsensical way the newsletter has been configured. When I block, it says mail@mail.adobe.com is blocked. I DIDN'T ASK FOR THAT! My email is connected to my Behance, Creative Cloud...of course I need important emails from Adobe. If I block Adobe Education Exchange, it looks like I'll end up blocking all Adobe emails. WHO EVEN CONFIGURED THIS EMAIL NEWSLETTER ARRRRGGHHHH!
Looks like I'm gonna have to keep spamming the forums just like they're spamming my important primary email account. Until someone actually working in Adobe takes notice. What a mess.

you can contact support to see if they can help. (but don't spam the forums or you'll be banned.)
there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

By @awsime
A friendly warning: spamming the forums will get you banned as it goes against the Community Guidelines.
In my email app I can block emails by subject or by words in the content, not just by email address. Can you try that?

Thank you @kglad & @jane-e for the support.
Yes, noted on the spamming. Unfortunately them spamming my email doesn't seem to concern them though.
Thanks for the suggested solutions. I'm probably going to try all of them. First the chat suggestion & later maybe Twitter too. And I'll also see if I can block by words in the content on my email too.
Thanks again!

You're welcome @awsime
I have three more ideas:
1. I've also been getting these emails from Adobe Education Exchange and have been deleting them without reading. I just now looked at the last one and see an unsubscribe link that I'll try.
2. The Find Options Online link takes me to https://edex.adobe.com/help-center where I clicked My Account, then chose "How to delete my account". The directions popped up including a link to a Contact form.
3. In addition I did a Forward to see the email address and noticed there is a second Reply-To email address. If unsubscribe does not work then that might work.
