My local storage is getting full and the solution I came up with is to move the CC Files folder to my external SSD. But when I try it, CC gives me this message:

Anyone can give me some light with this predicament?

Appreciate it!

Hi There,

We are sorry for your difficulties regarding creating a folder for Creative cloud. To investigate the issue, could you please check if turning File Sync off temporarily make any difference? Are you on Windows or Mac? Could you specify which location you want to save or relocate the file? To turn off file sync please follow the article link below:

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/set-sync-options.html

Please let us know how it goes. We hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you for the reply. It worked for me and I could change the files location.

The only problem now is that the other user of our company Adobe account can't access those files.

- I made sure that all the folders are shared:

But for some reason, it does not appear anywhere on the other account:

We also checked the Storage from Adobe Console and we can't see difference on the storage usage of the other account after uploading the new files:

Please, any solution for this?

Hi There,

I am glad to hear that it worked for you. However for your other query could you please let us know more information, on if you use a Creative Cloud Enterprise account or an Individual account? Is it happening with one user or more users who is unable to view shared files? Could you check whether the permission/access was provided or not to another user?

Regards,

Neelam
