i can't sync to Creative cloud

i tried my time to sync the files - "sync error". !! and found that there no Adobe creative cloud files folder at the side bar. please help. 

i tired to unistall the Adobe cc but is said can't preform the unstallation coz still have adobe cc runing.

but i quit everything.
