I cannot switch creative cloud apps to fullscreen mode

Unfortunately, my Creative Cloud apps (Mac) can no longer open in full-screen mode. When I try to maximize the screen, I only see the + symbol, which does not change when I use it. Normally, you can switch between full-screen and windowed mode using the + symbol. This still works with all other applications, just not with the CC applications anymore. Can someone please help me? Thank you very much.

Unfortunately that does not work, neither shortcut fn + f, this only maximises the screen but does not produce a true fullscreen. As any other App can be turned to fullscreen, I suppose its a CC problem..

i just tested in animate (windows), and no problem.

@jessicao16484330 each application handles Mac full screen differently - in Photoshop it is just F not fn+F.

@jessicao16484330 Also PS has a newer feature for native fullscreen on the Mac. Check the option then restart the application.

@kglad fullscreen on Mac is controlled using the UI not keyboard shortcuts. There are options in InDesign to go to "Presenter Mode" but that is not the same as native full screen Mac.
