I get a spinning wheel when in creative cloud > assets > files  and also creative cloud > assets > fonts

This started when I upgraded to 2015. I tried,  quit creative, delete OOBE file restart Mac and re-open Creative cloud and sign in. Still the same issue.

Please try the steps below:

1)     Uninstall the Adobe CC desktop app (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html)

2)     Reboot the machine.

3)     Install the latest version of Adobe creative cloud from the link: Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud for desktop

I am running Version 2.1.3.121

I was syncing from typekit and only 3 out of four fonts synced  to photoshop. The one I had been using for my project is the one missing. Not sure if these are separate issues?

Thanks Sheena,

Delete the LiveType folder from the following location: %APPDATA%\Adobe\CoreSync\plugins\livetype   *This did not work

This is on a Mac if it makes a difference. I saw this Note   Note: No restart of Windows is required.

Are there any chances I would loose any project files in doing this?    (If still not resolved, then uninstall & reinstall Creative Cloud Desktop Application.)
