Hey there, I hope someone had my issue and got it solved. I upgraded my plan now and suddenly there's no files on the cloud anywhere.
Is it something that is mentioned somewhere? I haven't found any alert or disclaimer about this and now I've lost all my files... I'll appriciate any help whatsoever.
did you use the same adobe id to upgrade that you used when previously when adding files to cc?
