impossible de lancer mes applications adobe, chacune utilise 80% de ma mémoire vive

Bonjour, depuis la mise à jour du 5 aout 2024, à chaque tentative d'ouverture d'une application, elle ne s'ouvre pas. et je vois ma mémoire vive monter à 80%. et je dois forcer l'application lancée à quitter.

bref je ne peux plus travailler avec les applications adobe.

avez vous le même soucis? Une solution?

(dernière version de mac Sonoma 14,5 - Dernière mise à jour Adobe photoshop indesign, illustrator, première).

use the cc desktop app to uninstall it.  restart your computer and open ps.  any problem?

Please ensure that your system exceeds the basic requirements to use the latest Creative Cloud apps & services.  Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere Pro use a great a deal of resource. I would limit use to one app at a time to conserve resources.

  • Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2, 21H1;
  • MacOS 14 (Sonoma), 13 (Ventura), 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur).

if you're going to use the cleaner it's best to:

 

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials>

if that fails, you probably have a corrupt user account. google your os and how to create a new one.

uninstall all betas

test if problem's resolved

 

if not, uninstall problematic apps, restart your computer and reinstall the problematic apps.

 

test.  if the problem's resolved, you can probably reinstall the betas, but waiting a bit would be prudent.

j'ai utilisé cette méthode:

Dans ces circonstances, nous vous proposons d'utiliser l’outil Creative Cloud Cleaner. Celui-ci permet de désinstaller les logiciels en nettoyant les fichiers système des applications, pour pouvoir les réinstaller à plat.  Ce nettoyage implique la potentielle perte de certaines données enregistrées localement comme vos préférences ou vos modules externes installés. Vous pouvez sauvegarder ces données auparavant si vous le souhaitez. Vos travaux, projets, et les données stockées en ligne ne seront pas impactées.    

 
Vous trouverez la description de cet outil ainsi qu’un lien de téléchargement sur la page d’aide suivante - Descendez sur la page jusqu'à la section "Comment utiliser le Creative Cloud Cleaner", après l’étape 9 : https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html#:~:text=Comm...

 
Lorsque l’outil vous le demandera, je vous invite à sélectionner "Clean All" afin de nettoyer seulement cette application.

 

Une fois terminé, videz la corbeille et redémarrez votre système, cette opération est très importante, puis réinstallez l'application > https://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/StandaloneBuilds/ACCC/ESD/6.3.0/207/macarm64/ACCCx6_3_0_207.d...
