As a school IT admin that runs Adobe CC on MacOS 12,13, and 14,  you will need to have your tech department install the main Adobe Creative Cloud application as an admin on the machine.  Once that is installed, you sign into it using your adobe account and you can install and update applications as needed without requiring admin permissions, as long as they are done through the Adobe Creative Cloud application.  In our environment, we install Adobe CC app, then let the end user choose to install

Adobe programs must be install ON the computer, not dropped in a flash drive... and an Admin account is required

If your school does not give you permission to install your own programs you will need to have the school do the install for you... but long term I don't think that will work since any updates will not work
