When I log in into my Adobe account, everything works, however when I want to download apps that I have purchased, they redirect me to Creative Cloud and then when I try to put my email and password it says this:
If I try later, nothing changes and I get to the same error.
Is there anybody who had the same problem? Any ideas how to fix it?

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
