this has been driving me round the bend. Under creative cloud libraries on both Photoshop and the Creative Cloud app it keeps saying "to use creative cloud libraries, please sign into creative cloud" despite me being signed in (as best I can tell).
I've tried everything suggestd here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-pro...Have also tried uninstalling and re-installing.
check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com
if all looks ok, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
Yeah have tried that multiple times but still no dice.
