Hi folks,
this has been driving me round the bend. Under creative cloud libraries on both Photoshop and the Creative Cloud app it keeps saying "to use creative cloud libraries, please sign into creative cloud" despite me being signed in (as best I can tell).
I've tried everything suggestd here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-pro...
Have also tried uninstalling and re-installing.
Any suggestions?

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com
if all looks ok, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

did you sign out and then back in per my first post in this thread?
if so, and that failed, reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Recreating the Libraries Cache did the trick for me.
