Hello, I currently have the problem that the cloud syncs for an infinitely long time after the restart. This only stops when I create a folder in the library. Synchronization works from PC to cloud. If I create a folder in CC Web, it does not appear on the PC. When reinstalling CC, it worked until restarting the PC. I have the problem on all computers where Adobe CC is installed. The support could not help me, except that I should reinstall CC. Does anyone here have similar problems?
Thanks Martin

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
did that fix the problem?
p.s. if the problem is fixable whether by resetting or adding a library folder, but returns when your computer restarts, there's something on your computer (that runs at system start) (eg, av, antimalware, cleaner etc) that's corrupting a

Unfortunately the problem still exists. Folder from PC to Web Cloud works. But from the web cloud to the PC does not work. This means that new folders do not appear on the second notebook either. The problem only affects the library. The files appear to sync normally.

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Don't you have any idea why the problem only occurs with the libraries? Currently Adobe has only considered the new installation.
I will contact support again.

So the problem occurs frequently and is it known?

Okay, at least I'm not the only one. With me he does not wait for the synchronization, but he hangs in the continuous loop and would like to synchronize constantly. If a folder is created, the synchronization is complete but is not transferred to the cloud.

just to make sure you don't have a local file problem, move all the files from your local sync folder to another location so you sync folder is empty. reset your cc desktop app, if needed and confirm that there's no sync problem,.
if there's not sync problem, re-add files by 1/2's to efficiently locate a problematic file (if there is one) to your sync folder.

Files are not available. Only "My Library" where the purchased stock media is stored. Deleting this doesn't make sense, does it?

never delete. move.
library syncing is the only problem? if so, that's the adobe-end issue.
there's no problem with your local cc sync folder?

The local folder works fine. It just doesn't work for libraries.
PC to cloud works. Not from cloud to PC. What do you mean with adobe end problem :)?

adobe needs to update its cc desktop app.
check with adobe support to confirm that's the problem.

I've tried a few things again.
The problem is somewhere in the CC autostart.
As soon as the program is loaded via autostart, my error occurs. If I start the program manually with a time delay, the synchronization works perfectly. And that on both computers.
The time delay is important. Can anyone confirm that?
Both computers are I5 11th and 12th generation and 16GB Ram.

No, I found that out myself. I'll discuss the problem with support. Maybe there is a solution.
