Lightroom CC cloud storage issue - can't upgrade my plan

I've been using Lightroom CC ever since it was published, my entire photo library is in it's cloud.

I need to
buy a 2TB plan, but since Adobe is not available for direct purchase in Serbia, my subscription is via Apple's App Store on Mac.

There, I only have an option for a 1TB plan, monty or yearly:

Adobe's chat support directs me towards Apple support, Apple support directs me towards Adobe, which is more reasonable, it's their app.

The only "solution" I got from Adobe was to make a new account in a different country and then they will be able to help me upgrade my storage, but I'm using this account for over a decade and that seems like a very patchy solution that I don't trust.

Does anyone have an idea how I'd be able to upgrade my storage on my account?

you can only purchase from apple what they offer.  because you are (and want to continue) using apple, you're stuck with its offerings.

you could buy a storage device or another cloud service and use it for all your storage needs.

You should always have a local copy of all files, including account information
Make a text file with your account information and copy it + files to an external device
If you don't have space on your computer drive use an external drive for files
A USB flash drive to keep in a safe place... here are 2, there are many more available
