Recently my subscription got canceled erroneously. When I go to view my files it says that I have used 1.7G of 2GB, but displays no files. When I try to access the files from Photoshop, it says
Could not download “documentname.psdc” because the item was not found or you don't have access to it.
I logged into my account where the files should be, I even tried subscribing under this email address. As I was added to a new team with the same email address. But to no avail, my files to not show up anywhere. Please any help would greatly be appreciated. I've lost so much work.

using the previous adobe id and profile check all files stored on adobe's servers; use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders to check.:
https://assets.adobe.com
https://lightroom.adobe.com
https://documentcloud.adobe.com
https://spark.adobe.com
if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder.
in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Hey! Thanks for the reply. I should have previously said, I did all of the above. I did not delete files, but it says, I do not have any files. I certainly had files 🙂

do you have the same adobe id now as you had with the canceled subscription?
