More Than 2 weeks Behance support won't fix my account issue

i've been contacting behance support team many times , but until now no soulution , it ssems to me they don't wants to slove my problem idk why ! i try to explain my case well but still ask me the same question every single email all prof still exist , My issue is i lost all my access to my old behance since 2016 , i've created account by my domain email , only ... domain now taken by someone else ,i have no idea who is this guy ! My dribbble account i got it back in 2 days  , behance team still sent me copy past emails

I am needing to get my account information because my older laptop crashed. Adobe sent a link to reset my password but i no longer have that email account.

How do i access my account?

I'm sorry you lost your email address. Nobody can help you with that.

 

Create a free Gmail account with a new email address. 

https://support.google.com/mail/answer/

 

Ask Behance support to transfer your Behance account to the new Gmail address.

Yeah but adobe support , behance support they can transfer the emails !

My Problem with behance support they don't answer my emails i send all prof .

it's not about creating new one , this account has all my startup folio i can not lose it , this is way

i've spok to them they didn't fix it the say i have to change from my end , but they didn't understand my case . thanks
