NatGeo partnership with adobe

Question

i've registered tthe 24 for months subscribtions from natgeo but yesterday i saw the notification saying my subscribtion has ended. im from Indonesia and i have other friends having the same trouble as mine. i see that we need to activated it with the privo account verification that we got but i do not have any paypal account or any credit card to activate it back. i heard that i can activate my subscribtion back by sending my KTP (indentification card) but i dont know where should i send it and how it works. i hope u guys can help me with this asap.

1 - have you contacted natgeo, since the offer is from that organization?

2 - I have NO idea if this will help, but I do know that other users in a public forum can't help with accounts
