No invite pop-up showing

i can't invite people to a shared folder. The window is not showing.

It looks that my pop-ups are being blocked but all my settings are set to allow pop-ups.
Everything was fine last week.

I restartet my mac a lot of times. 

Mac environement and safari. Chrome is working...

Ok, after reinstall safari it is working.
