Not able to fill in the form for student creative cloud discount.

Hello,

im trying to extend my student discount in adobe page however when i am trying to fill in the form it would not let me to type anything in the field of The name of institution, and it would not let me to continiue without it, any ideas ?

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
