Hello,
Yesterday I just bought the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps (20+ apps) from an online store that has a third party seller because it was on sale. Yet most of the apps (especially Photoshop and Illustrator that I really need) are asking me for a trial use or to buy them (and I already bought them!). What is going on here??? So I didn't directly buy from the Adobe website. However, my account mentions that I am on a Free Plan membership and my serial number I got says that it is already in use but somewhere else it says it's an invalid format. So NOTHING really mentions that I already purchased this product and I can't get ALL of the apps installed that I should be able to have. I've looked around and somewhere people have said if I try to cancel a subscription (that I can't prove), I will be charged again. I just want to use my product and ALL of the apps!! Help!!

A subscription does not use a serial number... if you were sold something with a serial number it was not a subscription

buying from a third party is risky. and if you were led to believe something impossible (eg, a perpetual license for current adobe apps), you were scammed. ie, contact the vendor and your credit card company.

I contacted the company who sent a message to the third party that sold it through them. They told me the third party would contact me within 72 hours. So I'll see. I probably will ask for my money back (if I can at all) and redo the subscription through Adobe (if that's even possible).

Hello eveyone,
UPDATE!! So YES, I finally got ALL my Creative Cloud All Apps to install with the help of the third party's technician from a distance. I had called the online company who then contacted the third party (who had sold me the package through their online company) who then got a hold of me with their technician. He said I had used another account to sign in (and didn't realize I had used it and not the other account that has the info to sign in the next time) and when I was trying to figure out how to download the package (with the redeem number, other info that I bought it) didn't show up as well as only 5 of the apps showing up to install. So to end this saga, it worked out and I'm very much relieved. Good luck to all of you!
