notification creative cloud red dot

Hello, i've often red dot indicator appaers on creative cloud icon inside taskbar, i open it i check notitications and uddate but nothing and red dot dissapears, it's very strange why notify me for nothing ? thanks

it's supposed to indicate a new notification but in my experience these are little to no benefit, so feel free to ignore.  here are the past few (and i've never installed adobe express):

that looks like you have notifications disabled. 

click file>preferences>notifications and tick those you want
