ONLINE CC Storage total size different than total local sync folder?

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out why my local CC storage folder say's 10.02 gb while the cloud says I've used 9.33gb of space. Where did the other 700mb of files go. It says all files are synced. Any thoughts?

Also, I keep getting errors when uploading say cannot sync file. No reason why, and when I try again it works. Seems intermittent. Any one else experience this?
