Out of storage alert

Hi,

i recently bought the 20gb photography plan from adobe. The issue is that despite me turning off sync from my desktop (since I want to use creative cloud only for my phone), it shows up 20.99 gb of 20 gb used. There are no files on creative cloud to view (in shared or archive either), and I am at my wit’s end about how to resolve this issue!

any help would be appreciated!
