Pas de connexion internet ?

New Here ,
Oct 11, 2023 Oct 11, 2023

Bonjour,

check your account, https://account.adobe.com

if that shows your subscription, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

Hello,

I've already tried it and it made no difference...

what exactly are you seeing?

a problem with the cc desktop giving a connection error, or an adobe app giving a connection error?

I see both, when I'm on CC I get this message (sorry it's French)

Lucas32847806yess_0-1697040693781.png

" No internet connection. You can still access some features offline. To take full advantage of this application, connect to the internet."

And for example, if I try to generate an image on PS I get this message

"We were unable to generate your descriptive text due to a connection problem. Please check your internet connection and try again".

if you have an old os, your default browser must support tls 1.2, https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/eol-tls-support.html

to test your default browser's tls you can use , https://clienttest.ssllabs.com:8443/ssltest/viewMyClient.html

otherwise, confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

do you see both logos after clicking "link"?

if you can and still see a connection error try these steps, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/unable-to-reach-adobe-servers.html

if those fail, make sure you also tried the steps at, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html

if that fails, try https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/cannot-verify-subscription-offline-mode.html

if those all fail, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
