Hello,
For any reason, My PC is not able to Sync libraries on Creative Cloud.
It's fine for Files, but for libraries CreativeCloud Desktop app signals that there is some issues to connect to servers...
I'm working in a corporate environment, but all is fine with the Mac
May be it's an issue of proxy or firewall so which Adobe server did my PC needs to reach for saving libraries?

We are sorry for your difficulties. Could you please let us know if you are using an enterprise account? Also, let us know if you see any error messages. Please share a screenshot. Could you please let us know when you are facing this issue? Do you see the same issue when you use your home wifi or a different PC? Also, share with us the Creative Cloud Desktop Version installed.

I guess I have the last version 5.8.0.592
Meanwhile, I've seen with our helpdesk, and we found that the issue is generated by "Zscaler" (a security software) when disabled the sync works.
I guess that Zscaler blocks some URL or ports to protect the PC...
Could you provide us the list of the URLs that CCDA is supposed to reach in order to Sync the libraries?
