Meanwhile, I've seen with our helpdesk, and we found that the issue is generated by "Zscaler" (a security software) when disabled the sync works. I guess that Zscaler blocks some URL or ports to protect the PC... Could you provide us the list of the URLs that CCDA is supposed to reach in order to Sync the libraries? Many Thanks
