Photoshop crashed and now all my software is deleted from my PC

As the title says, I was resizing an image in my photoshop file, it started loading and ended up crashing.
When i opened up creative cloud i could no longer find photoshop, nor any other file installed. I still have the desktop icons available and can still use some software, how weird is this?

restart your computer and recheck the cc desktop app.

Did all that, nothing changed, had to reinstall every program even though it was still on my computer...

did you check to see if the cc desktop was in error, or whether the (previously) installed apps were missing from their installation folders?

Checked only photoshop, and it was missing yeah...
