Hi, I`d like to download this file from the Creatice Cloud Discover Page, its not available. #error

i tried firefox, chrome & safari. all the same. due to my laptop i cant update photoshop, is it maybe an integrated download and cant be opened because not compatible with my "older" photoshop version?

it looks like you need a current subscription and there is a notice:
