Portfolio Image Grid Not Working

Hello, when I add a photo grid to my page and upload images, they do not show up as a photo grid, they show up as separate images. I'd like a photo grid and I've tried vertical and horizontal aspect ratios, both together and separately, with only one aspect ratio. Is this a known issue or error on my part? Thanks, Shawn

Also if this is not Adobe Portfolio and is another product please let us know. It might also be helpful to see the issue. Would it be possible to share some screenshots?

It's unclear to me if you're uploading images directly from Portfolio or using Lightroom.

Try using another browser that has no script blockers or VPN enabled.
