Thanks, but I've already looked through this but it doesn't solve my problem. There's no specific forum here for Adobe Portfolio and moderators in the past have put my posts in this forum which I why I'm putting it here : )

There is no Portfolio forum. 

 

Behance is free to use.   But you must have a paid Creative Cloud plan to use Portfolio.

If your old site is still active, you can ask Portfolio support to transfer it to your new Adobe ID.
