Problem syncing file that is non existent

Hi, hope someone can point me in the right direction to get around an error message while trying to sync from my mbpro (OS 11.1) to CC. 

I get an <unable to sync "file name"> message but I have checked for the file and it is not on my laptop or on CC. 

Have also checked for invisible files and logged out and back into CC once, but no luck.

Any ideas appreciated!

check the deleted file folder and the lightroom and spark folders
