Hi,

I have a problem with my creative cloud storage. In windows my cc folder is about 2 mb, while it shows about 75 gb in creative cloud. I tried to sync and surprisingly it syncs, but the storage still shows about 75 gb. As attachment I added some pictures.

How can I fix this? Is there any way to reset it, because those files are all old files.

Thanks in advance.

to clear or check all files stored on adobe's servers, use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders to check.:

https://assets.adobe.com

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

https://spark.adobe.com

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder.

Thank you! In addition to those links I had a lot of files not "permanantely deleted" from my cloud storage. Here's a link for anyone that is having the same issue.

Files | Adobe Creative Cloud

Go to files > deleted > select and permanently delete.

you're welcome.  (and that's why my final sentence says, "if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder.")
