problem with promotions in Commerce

hello to everyone,

I have a trouble  with the manage of Adobe Commerce ver. 2.4.7-p2 (magento admin) Im trying to publish a promotion  on the site.

1.- I create a new sub category  for all the  products has  this promotions (2484)

2.-  Inside de the option content theres a block that I use  to highlight  products,  this one was created with different slides, I create a link with image of this slide just to create a new landing page  and just show to clients the products  in the new subcategory

3.- Also I created a Catalog price rule  that applies to the category 2484
4.- both the new category and the slide images has  an Scheduled Changes activated  to end  Jan 31th ,  but when  When I click on the image that takes you to the products in promotion of the new category, the system only reloads the home page, as if it didn identify the new category. Force a manual reindex and cache update but It still doesnt work

  Maybe is no the the correct forum  to ask  but iI didn find the correct one,   thank you to all  that takes time to read and maybe answer.
