Hi there, 

I had my portfolio on a private free account, and now i have second account for work to use adobe product.

Recently i tried to acces my private account to add a project and i am getting 

"You do not have access to this product"

What should i do ?

I message adobe - but no response...

Adobe Support is for paid Creative Cloud members.  They can't help you with Behance.

 

Behance is a free service. Behance help is on ZenDesk.  Make sure you're logged-in with the correct email & password.  Failing that, submit a support request below.  Check your email spam folder for a reply.  They usually respond within  1 or 2 business days.
