Same problem.  Searched the knowledge base and googled this issue. They only seem to provide answers for Windows users. Very negligent.

You posted to a very old topic from 2017 that's probably un-related to your situation. I branched & moved your question to a new topic for you.

 

TLS 1.2 connections are required now.  Without it, you can't connect to Adobe's servers.  You need a modern web browser and a modern operating system -- i.e. Win10 or higher, Mac OS 10.9.1 or higher.

In addition, connection conflicts are sometimes caused by other apps on your system -- Firewall, Anti-virus or OS permission settings.  Please refer to the help article below for more details.  Solutions are provided for BOTH Win and Mac.
