This is a shot in the dark, but  is there a way for Adobe to recover a folder I deleted from the cloud. If it helps I'm okay with recovering everything I deleted today.

you can use file recovery software to restore most, if not all, of what you deleted on your local computer.  as long as you don't store files where the deletes were stored, they can be recovered.

Is there any chance to recover it from the adobe cloud, it is not recoverable from neither of computers, I assumed I deleted but I don't think I did, apart from the actual cloud storage. I think their may have been some syncing error, that got rid of the files. And I truly think a cloud recover is my last hope, if there is anyway that is possible.

not that i know of.  but ruling out recovery from a local computer is only reasonable if the files were never on that computer.

Sorry, should have been specific,  had the files on two seperate computers via cloud. When I did a recovery on both computers, found the folder, but everything is said to be corrupted.

If you didn't empty the trash/recycle bin, the files might still be there & restorable.
