I have searched for a possible solution to this and none of the results seem to be the same issue I'm having. I'm almost positive it's hopeless, but I thought I'd post here in case there is something that can be done.
I had two projects, one on Photoshop and the other on Illustrator, that were finished and ready to be submitted for classes I have. Suddenly, my computer completely breaks. Something is wrong with the hard drive and I need to send it off to be fixed, and now I can't access my projects. Is there anyway I can recover these projects from my previous computer and get them back on a DIFFERENT device/computer? I know there's the Adobe Cloud, but I'm unsure if that work's across different devices, as when I go into my Cloud library there is nothing there. Is this something I needed to have activated/turned on, or do the projects save automatically and I need to look elsewhere for them?

you need access to the hard drive that had those files. or you can ask whoever is repairing your computer to try and access those files.

Alright, I will make sure to ask them to do so. Thanks for the help.

Hi @emilyh56093624,
For future reference, there is a Creative Cloud Files folder on your hard drive. Have you ever used it? I ask because the files you saved to that folder were probably synced automatically to your Creative Cloud storage. See link below for more details.

Log-in to the website below to check. You may access your Creative Cloud Storage from most modern browsers on either Win or Mac.
Creative Cloud Assets https://assets.adobe.com
Lightroom https://lightroom.adobe.com
Document Cloud https://documentcloud.adobe.com
Adobe Spark https://spark.adobe.com
Hope that helps.
