Shared Library Confusion

I'm having an issue with my libraries. I created a library that I then shared with my organization. Now that it is shared, it no longer exists in the libraries pane in any of the apps. The only way I can get it to appear is to create a personal copy. The library is in "Your libraries" next to other libraries that are shared to the organization that DO appear in the panel, only this one that shared recently is doing this. I have logged out and back in several times. The libary appears for a second when I first logged back in but once I select it it disappears. 

Welp, poking around while writing this, it looks more borked then I thought. All the assets inside the library are gone. 

How do you recover library Assets?
How do you remove a library from being a shared library since that doesn't work?
Has anyone set up a workflow using OneDrive? I need something reliable and not glitchy.

Thank you for the response. I'm really struggling with Adobe's CC products. The apps are fine, its all the cloud stuff that has basically broken me over the last couple days. 

I don't have the library in "deleted". It exists, but its not syncing or something. When I click on it, I see one color asset and a spinning wheel. So I guess it is loading just really slowly. I duplicated a personal version and all the assets are there in that version. 

I don't want the Shared version out there anymore. How do I delete it? All I see is "Remove from Your Libraries" and "Open" when I click on ellipsis. 

I'm giving up. The UI is changing in front of my eyes. There was "projects" folder a minute ago, now that is gone.

My mistake, I didn't realize the desktop CC app is completely different from the web version. I can see the "Project" button again. I thought I was going crazy.

No, I still have this Shared Library that is stuck with a spinning wheel and only a single color asset loaded. I'd like to remove this shared library and try and start over, but I don't see a way to remove it.
