Shared Link cant be Download

Since last month cant shared Link for Adobe Creative Cloud anymore bcz the Download never started! 

We tested more than one link and files on several PCs and several Mac and Android and IOS, but as i said, the Download never started!

What kind of file? everything!   .zip, .7z, Mov, 

It used to be very Helpful to upload a file in cloud and share it with someone, but now we have to uplaod everything in One Drive :(.  

If someone from Adobe want to have a Link to test just send me a pm. 

We uploaded the files first with Adobe Creative Cloud on PC and then with cloud on Web.

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you please tell us how are you sharing the link, is it through the Creative Cloud Desktop App or through the web? Is it a shared or a private folder you're sharing? Are you getting any error messages? When you say the download never started, is it for the other user? If not could you please elaborate more on this?

Could you please tell us how are you sharing the link, is it through the Creative Cloud Desktop App or through the web?

We uploaded the files first with Adobe Creative Cloud on PC and then with cloud on Web.   (Answer from the first Post)

Both way does not work.

 

Is it a shared or a private folder you're sharing?

Shared or private, it does not  start to download process. 

 

Are you getting any error messages?

Nothing.

 

When you say the download never started, is it for the other user?

We also test the links from another pc in another city. That does not work too.

I invite discussion formulate a plan before randomly sharing link's,I like to discuss thing's with developers and get feedback for marketing research,seeing as I'm new to this particular app community, I'd prefer to get to know people before exchanging web link's.
