After generating the sharing URL you get to a black page saying "This link is no longer valid" even if sharing is "open".
This is happening both for single files and folder sharing.
I've been facing this issue several times, today with a client subscription.
Sometimes I had to close sharing and re-generate another link but it does not work everytime.
Any help? Thanks.
L.

Hi Lorenzo Colloreta,
I am sorry to heard you having issues with sharing your assets with Creative Cloud. Are you still experiencing the same issue?. Could you tell me what browser you are using.
Thanks
Warner

Happened with my own AdobeID, OSX and Chrome as well as on a client's system with their AdobeID, Windows 8, IExplore and Chrome.
Seems a random Adobe server issue. You have to cancel and re-generate the link several times in order to work.

Hi,
Thanks for the information, are you still seeing this same issue now?, or was there a date or time this was issue was happening?.
Thanks

Hi Warner,
it's certainly a server glitch, most of the time links are OK, but it's not good when happening in front of a client/student while demoing this feature, nor when you need to share a link while at the phone.
To be honest I wanted to test it again, and in this RIGHT MOMENT I get a general access error to CC Files section (Which is, BTW, NOT listed in the CC Dashboard status)...

In this moment, while right-clicking on a file in my CC folder and selecting "send link", I am getting to the same "PAGE NOT FOUND" error like the one in this thread.
And I CANNOT even get access to my files page on the web.
I've uploaded a 50MB file for a client and I have to switch it to dropbox... Frankly I have to admit CC Sync engine is really buggy and by far the worse implementation of any other cloud service I'm using.
Sad.

Hi Lorenzo,
Sorry to learn of your difficulties. I've reported the issue to our engineering group. Could you share the name of one of the files giving the "Page Not Found" message?
Thanks,
- Dave

Hello David,
Since I've got the same problem, you might check my files as well.
Used the cc icon in the menu bar files > view on web > page not found (screen 1)
refresh, same problem > server problems (screen 2)
click on files (in the web browser) > works (screen 3)
click on a folder first time (DYP) > page not found
second time > works
system: MacBook Pro late 2013, osx 10.9.3
thx for you help (I could really use this for my clients, but after complaints I had to use wetransfer again)
PS one more thing, files show up just fine on my mobile devices (iPad air, iPhone 6)
Stefaan

Hi Dave,
thanks for the support. Unfortunately there is no specific file, it happens randomly and "not found" pages can occur on the same link that was working 5 minutes ago, and vice-versa.
Stefaan in the previous post is pointing out the same situation, with same kind of errors and screenshots.
It might be some kind of server overload or re-routing failure (I guess me and Stefaan are both using CC from Europe).
Of course there is no mention of this in the CC status page. I can easily deal with these glitches but not when you have to transfer files to clients, let alone demoing these features during public events or classes..

Lorenzo Colloreta and Wmodist,
I'm not aware of any recent outages, but I have passed on info about your issues to the appropriate engineering group.

Lorenzo and Wmodist,
I received feedback from engineering that their was an issue but it now has been resolved. Can you let me know if you continue to experience the issues you described?
Thanks,

Hey Lorenzo, I'm having similar problems, so I think the cc cloud solution is still a bit glitchy. Weird thing is that if you click the link 'view your files' it suddenly works...
Anyway, I hope this gets solved. Also, putting really big files generates bugs, because (I think) it crashes on generating previews.
Cheers, Stefaan
