I was told I only have to sign-in once every 30 days.
Why am I being forced to sign-in every 1 to 2 days?
This is very inconvenient, especially if I am in a location with no internet access.
This is not what I signed up for.......I want my money backā¹

Try these steps:
Uninstall the Creative Cloud app, download a clean version, install new version.
If that doesn't work, uninstall with Adobe CC Cleaner app, then download CC app and reinstall.

It's not normal for Creative Cloud to ask you to sign-in repeatedly. See the help article below for solutions.

Sometimes they also tell me I am logged in to the maximum number of computers, so I have to log out of the two computers they indicate and then log in on the computer I am using now.
The problem is I only have one computer....
I know it sounds like a trivial problem, but I am paying them every month,
and it just annoys me.

occasionally that occurs to others, too. something connected via usb may make adobe's desktop app think you're on a different computer. you could reset your app and see if that resolves the problem, if that's easier than signng-out of one of the "other" computers.
to reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

I know it's an easy fix, but if I happen to be in a location without internet access I'm stuffed, I do not use the cloud for this very reason.
Anyway, I pay to use their services and all the resources I need are installed on my computer, but Adobe denies me access to it.
Security should be Adobe's problem, not mine.

agreed.
work-around. whenever i anticipate loss of internet (eg, during travel with a laptop), just before leaving (my home internet), i open all the adobe apps i think i might use during travel and leave them open/minimized. that prevents surprise sign-in requests during travel when i might not have internet access.
