Why is it so difficult to find any sort of support here?! I talked to someone on a customer chat. They said someone was going to get back to me within 24-48 hours. Never heard anything back and I even ASKED for a confirmation. Then I go back on the website in 3 days to check and the customer support chat is NON existant. I can't even find it anymore? Are people put on a black list after contacting customer support so they can't find it anymore? It that's the case - this is horrible customer serivce.
When customer service is SO important in today's society - how are you taking it away and making it so difficult?!

When customer service is SO important in today's society - how are you taking it away and making it so difficult?!

In case you haven't been following the news, widespread staff shortages are to blame. I waited 5 weeks for a plumber to come to my house which was massively inconvenient. 😉 I needed to call my credit card company and was put on hold for 20 hours. Staff shortages are effecting everyone these days, not just Adobe.
