(SOLUTION 2024) Adobe Muse not open after updating Creative Cloud

Hello, my solution to this problem is simple like adding any letter to this file (AdobeIPCBroker) example AdobeIPCBrokerSSSS 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\IPC

copy and paste in your explorer or just follow the route

So much easier than the other workarounds we've been using.

As far as I can see, CC Desktop still works fine with that file disabled.

Is Muse specifically listed in CC Desktop as being included in your CC subscription?

If you have an 'all apps' subscription, it is possible that Muse is no longer being included in it, as it's no longer a supported app. My subscription is a single app subscription, for Muse only, which maybe is why it still works for me. Just speculating here!
