Someone changed my email address and now I have no access to my account. I have no idea what to do, it seems that i have lost all access to my account. I got an email saying an address was added, then the primary was changed, and before I could log in it was locked out. Now I have no access. Cannot find a single person, email, or chant to speak with. Nothing in the help articles, nothing anywhere

There is no email support. But there is chat and phone support from Adobe. Don't waste time, you'll still be paying forever until you sort it. WARNING: scammers will now contact you pretending to be from Adobe, ready to make a bad situation MUCH worse.
