Storage full but all folders empty

I have emptied every folder in my Creative Cloud storage, including the deleted items. I can see no files in my Cloud, but I still get the message that my storage is full. How di I correct this?

that previously functioning local cc sync folder wouldn't count. those files were removed from your adobe side by adobe.

do (or did) you have acrobat on a mobile device?

Okay, that makes sense, thanks. I did have acrobat on an old mobile device, which is no longer functional. I am not signed into any CC apps on my current mobile device.
